  I called to enquire about the issue I have been experiencing with my PC, and provided the information of the things I've performed before calling.
  
  Rather than being told to take the computer in, they were quite honest to tell me that they'll perform the same troubleshooting testing I've done, and provided other things that I could perform/do to try and determine the source of the issue.
  
  With that type of honesty and quality of service I would definitely recommend this company to people that wants their computer fixed or serviced.

  Andy was very professional and had my laptop repaired very quickly. He also explained very clearly what got fixed and how the warranty works, and everythingwas cost effective. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I'll recommend Andy to anyone looking for reliable PC and laptop repairs

  Anyone who has something PC-related to fix should come to Andy in Pegasus Computer Service. He's a tech doctor and he was able to bring my laptop back to life, praise the lord!
  
  Professional, courteous, friendly, prompt, and reliable service with very reasonable pricing, he doesn't charge you unless he finds a fix for it, which should be an industry standard.
  
  He's also extremely helpful, explaining what the problem was and telling you step-by-step how to prevent and diagnose the situation if needed.

  Pegasus computer services is a great IT service business in the local area . The man who helped me was very and friendly, as well as he was quick in doing his job. The cost was also reasonable for situation. They get back to you quickly via phone call or email. Would come back if I have other future problems or enquiry.

  We have just had a repair to a Mac Book Pro. New keyboard and plate + a new battery. Andy is local to us in Tarneit, and his service was fantastic. It took less than a week to do the repair and the price was less than $500. I will never an Apple reseller again. I would highly recommend this service.
