  Not even deserve a star.
  
  I have a DHL express parcel that redirect to 7-11 Tarneit (618 Tarneit Road, Vic 3029).
  
  I went to the shop just now. The pickup machine asked the 4 digit parcel num and passcode. However what DHL provide is 10 digit parcel code and 6 digit passcode. The shop keeper said just need last 4 digit. I tried and its not working. Shop keeper said give him 5 min, so I joint the waiting queue. After waited 5min, the shop keeper said can't help as that is not their machine. So 'helpful' and 'skill' worker 7-11 have.
  
  Then my parcel remain there and expect will sent back to seller in next few days!

  Staff is friendly, clean service station and well-stocked on products.
  I don't drink coffees much but I do see their staff cleaning the coffee machines regularly which is another plus.
